With nearly two decades building businesses in the UAE, he rejected the industry’s “rice is rice” mindset to set a new benchmark: precision cleaned, chef grade rice trusted by Emirates, ADNH and leading institutions. Formerly co founder of the UAE’s largest prefab facility, he brings systems thinking, operational rigor and brand clarity to Global Green Foods, driving quality, food integrity and trust in every kitchen we serve.

Taj is the tech architect behind Global Green Foods’ contamination proof rice system powered by X ray scanning, optical sorters and real time AI QC. His background co leading the UAE’s largest prefab facility fuels his obsession with precision, traceability and zero compromise delivery. Today, he leads technology and logistics innovation to ensure every grain we ship is clean, compliant and trusted across the Gulf.

Founder
For Sati, clean food is principle, not trend. Born in East Africa and seasoned by five decades of global business, he founded Global Green Foods to fix what big food broke, including shortcuts, inconsistency and fractured supply chains. With ventures spanning renewable energy, aviation and infrastructure, he brings a lifetime of execution to one non negotiable standard: food that is traceable, ethical and never compromised.
